Freudenberg Sealing Technologies name Dr. Alexander Rozmán as new CEO

Weinheim, Germany – Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is announcing a change in leadership: On July 1, 2026, Dr. Alexander Rozmán assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He succeeds Dr. Matthias Sckuhr, who is joining the Management Board of the Freudenberg Group where he will assume responsibility for Engineering, Data and Artificial Intelligence at Group level.

Dr. Rozmán brings international management experience to the company’s top leadership position and knows the Freudenberg Group from various perspectives. Most recently, he served as CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, where he was responsible for strategic development. He also played a key role in advancing the company’s transformation and international orientation. He previously served as a member of the management board of Freudenberg Performance Materials, where his responsibilities included strategy, strategic marketing and integration processes, and was Head of Global Sales at the Freudenberg Business Group Vibracoustic. Rozmán is also very familiar with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies: He headed the Industrial Services division from 2015 to 2020, which gave him in-depth knowledge of the business and its markets.

This change in executive management ensures continuity in the strategic orientation of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies while reinforcing its position in international markets. The transition will be supported by the experienced leadership team, together with Kerstin Borrs, Chief Financial Officer, and Gary VanWambeke, Chief Technology Officer.
