Hankook Tire unveils new campaign brand film about ABB FIA Formula E World Championship

Seoul, Korea – Hankook Tire & Technology (Hankook Tire) unveiled a new campaign brand film about the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, an electric car racing competition that was hosted by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), on July 17.

The brand film showcases the excellent performance and premium brand image of ‘iON’ electric racing tires, exclusively supplied by Hankook Tire for Formula E. Specifically, it highlights that all teams participating in Formula E, including high-performance supercar brands such as McLaren, Maserati, and Porsche are equipped with the Hankook iON Race in Formula E competitions.

The primary segment of the video shows GEN3 machines, the fastest Formula E race cars with capacity to reach a maximum speed of 320km/h, fitted with Hankook Tire’s iON Race. The film highlights the extraordinary driving performance achieved through the perfect harmony of global high-performance supercars and advanced electric racing tires.

Additionally, the film showcases the logos of high-performance supercar brands such as McLaren, Maserati, and Porsche alongside the iON logo on the tires. With a cohesive visual narrative, it emphasizes iON as a leading premium brand in the global electric vehicle tire market.

The new brand film is available via Hankook Tire’s official website, social media channels, YouTube, television ads and various other platforms.

Meanwhile, Hankook Tire continues to lead the electric vehicle tire market.
