IPF Japan 2026 opens booth space bookings for Asia’s plastics and rubber trade fair
Tokyo, Japan – The organizers of IPF Japan 2026, Japan’s largest and most comprehensive trade fair for plastics and rubber, have officially opened booth space applications for next year’s event. The exhibition will take place at Makuhari Messe from December 1 to 5, 2026, marking the 11th edition of the renowned industry gathering since its debut in 1994.
Held once every three years, IPF Japan has earned a strong reputation as a hub for innovation, showcasing the full spectrum of technologies and products spanning raw materials, machinery, molds, IT systems, and recycling solutions. The 2026 edition will spotlight two key themes: “Next-Generation Materials”, including bioplastics and advanced composites, and “Innovative Manufacturing Technologies” such as AI-driven production systems and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications.
The previous fair in 2023 hosted 853 exhibitors across 2,572 booths, covering 54,000 square meters of exhibition space. Organizers anticipate even greater participation in 2026 as global demand for sustainable materials and smart manufacturing solutions continues to rise.
Industry professionals from Japan and around the world are invited to secure their exhibition spaces early. Further details, including booth applications and visitor information, are available at https://www.ipfjapan.jp/english/.
