Kent Elastomer Products celebrates employee milestones and new hires

Kent, OH – Kent Elastomer Products announced several leadership changes and an employee milestone.

Simon Sutter joined the company as director of finance and accounting, effective April 6. He will oversee financial strategy, reporting and accounting operations.

Dion Sams was named manager of Mogadore operations. He will lead day-to-day operations at the Mogadore facility, focusing on efficiency, team development and growth.

The company also recognized Cheri Thompson, director of Winesburg operations, for 40 years of service. Her leadership and long-term contributions have played a key role in the company’s success.

“These updates reflect our commitment to strengthening leadership across the organization and our appreciation for the people who have helped build KEP over time,” President John Danes said.

Kent Elastomer Products said it will continue investing in its workforce and operations to support innovation and customer success.
