Lockhart Chemical acquires Qualice LLC chlorinated paraffins manufacturing rights

Flint, MI – Lockhart Chemical Company has acquired the manufacturing rights and other assets for the manufacturing and sale of chlorinated paraffins from Qualice LLC, Hamlet, NC. Terms were not disclosed. Under the agreement, LCC assumed the Qualice brand names, membership in the CPIA and its Joint Data Acquisition Task Force, the EPA consent decrees and pre-manufacturing notices and other assets.
