MAXAM tire to showcase expanded VF Agrixtra series at Farm Progress 2023

Danvers, MA – MAXAM tire will showcase new VF technology products during the Farm Progress Show at Decatur, Illinois from August 29th – 31st. Visit MAXAM at booth #426 located in the Southeast Quadrant of the show to see the new VF technology sizes, now available in the AGRIXTRA N, AGRIXTRA 85, AGRIXTRA XL, and AGRIXTRA H product series. MAXAM’s VF technology tires are designed to carry the load, minimize soil compaction, improve traction, and reduce slip delivering the value customers have come to expect regardless of application or work conditions.

MAXAM’s VF tires are engineered to increase farmers’ productivity by delivering improved tire performance, efficiency, and traction. Delivering increased fuel savings by reducing tire slip through a larger contact patch that enhances the tire flotation while simultaneously minimizing ground pressure, the MAXAM VF series allows for greater crop yields. VF technology allows the tires to surmount high levels of tire deflection through the development of new rubber compounds, as well as high endurance casing materials. This leading-edge tire construction can support either 40% more tire load at normal air pressures or operate at 40% less air pressure for the same tire load at any given speed without compromising ground pressure.

“We look forward to introducing our newest VF agricultural sizes at Farm Progress while celebrating the solutions we have delivered to the industry over the last 10 years. MAXAM’s radial agricultural tires are designed to deliver a simple, yet effective range of tires grouped by aspect ratio and size to keep up with global farm equipment’s evolution,” says Gregory Gilland, Vice President of Global Agriculture at MAXAM Tire.

MAXAM Tire will be featuring various standard and VF AGRIXTRA products as well as the all-new AGILXTRA series at Farm Progress. While the AGRIXTRA product lines of agricultural tires have had several years of success across the American and European agricultural markets; MAXAM’s upcoming display of new sizes enhancing the AGRIXTRA product offer reiterates its commitment to bring business solutions that deliver the performance, quality, and value that its customers expect around the world.

The AGILXTRA, MAXAM’s new radial high-speed D-rated implement I3 flotation tire for agricultural tanker and trailer applications will also be on display. As opposed to the existing MAXAM steel casing and steel belted FLOTXTRA series, the all-new MS962R AGILXTRA radial tire is designed with a fabric casing supported by steel belts to enhance flotation, increase traction, and reduce soil compaction in any mixed-use surface application. Designed with both a high wear as well as a cut-resistant tread compound, the AGILXTRA line of flotation tires will deliver improved productivity, performance, and versatility of use in all towed agro-industrial applications.
