Mearthane Products Corp. acquires polyurethane division of Axillon Aerospace
Cranston, RI – Mearthane Products Corp. announced it has completed the acquisition of the industrial composites operations of Axillon Aerospace, expanding its capabilities in polyurethane molding and composites manufacturing.
The Cincinnati-based business brings more than 80 years of experience in polyurethane and composite materials, strengthening Mearthane’s position as a global technology leader in advanced polyurethane solutions.
The acquisition is the latest step in Mearthane’s multiyear growth strategy, which includes five acquisitions completed over the past four years. The Cincinnati operation serves a diverse base of blue-chip industrial customers across key growth markets, including material handling, automotive and specialty equipment.
