Polymer Valley Chemicals receives platinum rating from Ecovadis
Akron, OH – Polymer Valley Chemicals has been awarded a platinum rating from EcoVadis, the top grade possible, for 2024. The platinum rating, awarded in May, recognizes Polymer Valley Chemicals’ commitment to sound environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices, ranks Polymer Valley among the top 1% of companies across all industries and regions evaluated by Ecovadis, and improves upon their inaugural Gold rating in 2023.
EcoVadis evaluates the sustainability performance and management systems of more than 130,000 companies in more than 180 countries across over 220 industries within 4 key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

Additionally, Polymer Valley recently successfully renewed their ISO 9001 Certification for the 21st consecutive year, showing they have consistently met or exceeded the standards set by the International Standard Organization since first being evaluated in 2003.
