R.E Carroll Inc.(www.recarroll.com) is a 99-year-old privately held company based in Ewing NJ. We distribute raw materials and petroleum products used in the adhesives & sealants, coatings, rubber and related industries from our 4 warehouse facilities strategically located in Dalton GA, Ennis TX, Ewing NJ, and Kent OH.

ChemRep lnc. (CRI) https://chemrep.com, located in Wood Dale, Illinois, is a regional distributor and manufacturer’s representative focusing on products used in the rubber manufacturing industry. CRI specializes in activators for sulfur cures, process aids, adhesion promoters, fillers, mold releases, and polymers. We will continue to distribute these products from the Itasca IL warehouse. CRI was established in 1977 by Mark and Gail Petras,

ChemRep, Inc. will continue to operate as a subsidiary of R.E. Carroll Inc. for the immediate future.
