RBH Ltd announces strategic leadership restructuring to drive growth and Innovation
Liverpool, England – RBH Ltd has unveiled a series of strategic leadership changes aimed at strengthening its commercial strategy and enhancing operational efficiency across its core markets. The company, known for its expertise in chemical distribution and specialty materials, is positioning itself for continued growth and innovation through a refreshed leadership structure.
Brendan Pope has taken on the role of Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry. His focus will be on steering the company’s strategic direction and fostering long-term partnerships with customers and principals.
Ralf Schueler has been appointed Commercial Director, tasked with shaping RBH’s commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth. With a global background in chemicals, coatings, and automotive sectors, and an MBA from Henley Business School, Schueler is expected to bring a dynamic perspective to the team.
Claire Smith, who joined RBH in 2005, now serves as Head of Business Operations & Compliance. Her expanded role includes overseeing internal sales, purchasing, quality management, and regulatory compliance—key areas that support the company’s operational backbone.
Nick Shilton steps into the role of Commercial Manager – Principal Engagement, focusing on strengthening relationships with existing suppliers and developing new partnerships aligned with RBH’s market values.
The European division sees Peter Filius and Erwin Wild leading regional efforts. Filius, as European Sales Manager, will concentrate on expanding RBH’s footprint in the EU and Middle East across several industries, while Wild, as EU Sales Manager, will focus on growing the composites business unit across Europe.
