Registration and housing are now open for GPS 2026

Akron, OH — The Rubber Division, ACS announced a series of updates and enhancements for the 2026 Global Polymer Summit (GPS), aimed at improving the attendee experience and expanding opportunities for networking and education.

The Global Polymer Summit focuses on polymer, rubber and elastomer industries, bringing together professionals to connect with peers, learn from experts and explore new business opportunities. The event is designed to bridge the tire and rubber sectors through comprehensive programming and integrated experiences.

What’s new for 2026:

  • A single registration will provide access to all technical and theater programming
  • Technical, business and industry sessions will take place directly on the Expo floor
  • Two high-energy Expo days are planned to increase engagement
  • Each Expo day will conclude with a reception held on the Expo floor

The event is scheduled for Sept. 28–30, 2026, with technical sessions, the awards banquet and the Women’s Event taking place Sept. 28. The Expo will be held Sept. 29–30.

Programming will include an Expo, technical and business presentations, educational courses, a Women’s Event, Young Professionals events, student programs, networking receptions and special events such as the awards banquet, keynote address and a 5K walk/run.

The summit will be held in Louisville, a city known for its bourbon heritage, cultural attractions and growing culinary scene. Organizers said the location offers a blend of tradition and innovation, providing a distinctive backdrop for the event.
