Struktol to showcase advanced additive solutions at Plastics Recycling Conference 2026

Cuyahoga Falls, OH – Struktol Company of America will showcase its advanced additive solutions for recycled plastics at the Plastics Recycling Conference, taking place February 23–25, 2026, in San Diego, California. Struktol will exhibit at Booth 320, where attendees can learn how Struktol’s additives help transform recycled content into high‑performance plastic compounds with improved processing efficiency and end-use properties.

At Booth 320, Struktol will showcase additives engineered for recycled polyolefins and other thermoplastics that can improve viscosity control, compatibility, and dispersion of fillers and contaminants. These products are designed to improve mixing behavior, surface quality, and metal release in highly filled and recycled compounds, helping to boost throughput and reduce scrap rates for processors working with more challenging recycled materials. By enabling more consistent processing of recycled resins, Struktol additives support both productivity and quality objectives in demanding industrial environments.

These solutions are part of Struktol’s wider plastics additives portfolio, which includes process aids, compatibilizers, and performance enhancers developed to improve throughput, reduce waste, and increase the value of recycled and virgin-based plastic compounds. Featured products include TR 251, a complex oleochemical mixture and effective dispersant and wetting agent in a variety of polymer systems; the VMO Series, which provides the ability to adjust the melt flow of polypropylene for faster throughput and potential cost savings; RP 28, a compatibilizer and blending aid that reduces splay in colored and filled polyolefins and PVC and supports higher extrusion output rates; RP 17 and RP 53, odor control additives for recycled rubber and plastics systems; and TR 052, a versatile additive used for compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersion, and flow modification in recycling applications. Together, these additives give compounders and processors multiple options to improve flow, dispersion, appearance, odor, and overall process stability when working with post-industrial and post-consumer recyclate streams.

Struktol invites attendees to visit Booth 320 at the Plastics Recycling Conference to discuss specific recycled resin and formulation challenges and to explore tailored additive packages for new and existing applications.
