Can you share the story of how you began your career in the polymer and rubber
industry? What drew you to this field initially?
I was born into a modest agricultural family in a small Village in Tiruchirappalli District, Tamil Nadu. My journey into the world of polymer and rubber science was driven by an early fascination & curiosity for Materials that shape our world. That’s what driving motivation for me to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from National College, affiliated to Bharathidasan University. My passion further drew me to earn a Master of Science Degree in Chemical Sciences from the Central University of Pondicherry. I always strongly believed in the principles of Sustainability & Quality orientation in impact-driven sectors like polymers & rubbers.
