Titan International promotes Eric Hansen to senior director

Quincy, IL – Titan International announced the promotion of Eric Hansen to the position of Senior Director Compounding and Materials Management for Titan International, effective July 1, 2026. Eric will be consolidating the leadership role for rubber compounding and materials for all of North American tire production divisions including Titan Tire, Titan Specialty, and Tennessee Custom Mixing operations.

Eric will also continue to assist and collaborate with Titan’s international plants in China, Brazil,
and Russia, for the continued advancements in materials science that impact product
performance and technology. Eric replaces Marty Morrow, the longtime leader for Titan Tire compounding.

Eric joined Titan Specialty in 2021 based out of the Clinton, TN facility as a Materials Research Chemist Engineer supporting the company globally in the R&D Tire Components Group. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Rubber Engineering Technology and has spent the last 13 years working in tire compound formulating and mixing for Titan Specialty and Hoosier Racing Tire.

hiking, camping, gardening, and kayaking.
