The structural performance of steel-reinforced rubber sheets used in tire manufacturing depends heavily on the precise placement, spacing and alignment of embedded steel cords. If these cords are not uniformly distributed, the resulting tire components may suffer from uneven stiffness, premature fatigue or structural imbalance. A reliable method for measuring and verifying cord geometry in real time is therefore essential.
