Yokohama Rubber donates ¥1 million for relief efforts after the wildfires in Hawaii

Tokyo, Japan – Yokohama Rubber said in a press release that the company, “would like to express our deepest condolences and sympathies to the families who have lost loved ones and to all those who have been affected by the wildfires in Hawaii, U.S.”

The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., and its employee-backed YOKOHAMA Magokoro Fund will donate a combined ¥1 million (¥500,000 each from the company and the Fund) through the Japanese Red Cross Society to support relief efforts in the affected region.
