Zochem helps raise $2.2 million for 17th Miracle on Main initiative
Brampton, ONT — Zochem participated as a presenting sponsor in the 17th annual Miracle on Main initiative, an effort aimed at supporting children and families in need during the holiday season.
Organizers said this year’s campaign reached a new milestone, raising more than $2.2 million through donations and sponsorships. The effort provided toys, food, gift cards and other essentials to more than 70,000 children and families across the Halton and Peel regions.
The annual event, organized by the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation in partnership with local municipalities and first responders, included multiple community gatherings in cities such as Brampton, Mississauga and Milton.
Zochem officials said their involvement reflects a broader company commitment to community engagement and charitable giving, noting that the holiday initiative aligns with the company’s focus on making a positive social impact beyond its industrial operations.
In addition to direct support for families, funds from the campaign were distributed to more than 100 organizations, including food banks, hospitals and schools serving underserved communities.
Now in its 17th year, Miracle on Main has grown into one of the region’s largest grassroots holiday drives, bringing together corporate sponsors, volunteers and local agencies to address seasonal needs and expand access to essential resources.
Zochem, which supplies zinc oxide for industries ranging from rubber and plastics to pharmaceuticals, said it plans to continue supporting initiatives that strengthen the communities where it operates.
