Tiffany Cole as Customer Service Manager – Since joining the team in 2016, Tiffany has been a cornerstone of our customer service excellence. Over her nine-year tenure, she has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a true leader and a dedicated team player. Most recently, Tiffany played a pivotal role in the Zochem Purchase Order Optimization project, showcasing the technical skill and commitment that make her such an asset.

Alex Brown as Sr. Procurement Manager – A vital member of the Zochem “Dream Team” since 2019, Alex has officially stepped into the role of Sr. Procurement Manager. Alex’s hard work and strategic dedication have been instrumental to our operations over the last several years.
