30 years of high precision fine meshstraining technology
Since the introduction of the roll-ex gear pump extruder technology in 1995, UTH GmbH from Fulda, Germany has become a technology leader in the field of fine mesh straining and precise extrusion of elastomers. Increasing demands on product quality, process reliability and cost efficiency in rubber and silicone processing continuously require solutions, especially when dealing with sensitive, high viscosity and highly accelerated compounds. The first roll-ex 70 was presented at the K Show in Düsseldorf, Germany. Since then, this innovation has proven itself as a key technology and has been continuously developed in the past three decades.
