Smithers’ Adam Stackpole to present new tire modeling tool at Automotive Testing Expo

Smithers announces that Adam Stackpole will be speaking on an innovative tire modeling tool for the automotive market at the Automotive Testing Expo in Novi, Michigan on October 22-24.

Stackpole’s presentation, titled “Early-Stage Vehicle System Development with Tire Models,” will discuss the benefits of virtual tire modeling in early vehicle development and how laboratory testing informs tire model development. H.B. Fuller reports positive third quarter

The Company’s net revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2024 was $918 million, up 1.9% versus the third quarter of fiscal 2023. Vietnam exports $1.7 billion in rubber for first eight months of 2024

Rubber exports reached about 209,726 tons last month, according to data from the General Department of Customs, worth nearly $345 million, up 12.7 per cent in volume and 12 per cent in value, compared to the previous month.

The average export price of rubber is at $1,637 per ton, down about 1.1 per cent month-on-month, but up about 26.8 per cent year-on-year.
